Our Sales Process
- Fill out our Sales Contact Form—it allows us to capture your info for communications purposes.
- We will email you confirmation that we received your info and reply with product and pricing info.
- You can then schedule an on-site appointment to go over any questions and to assess the installation requirements.
- Once you decide what equipment you would like to have installed, we will send you a quote along with our earliest available installation date, or you can suggest a date that works for you.
- Once the quote and installation date is agreeable to you, we will schedule your installation.
- Our payment terms are 50% deposit, which allows us to order the equipment. The balance due can be paid after the installation is completed.
- We accept: Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo and Credit Card.
- We offer a $50 discount for non-credit card payment.
- Once deposit is made, we will order the equipment.
- We will show up on the installation date and perform the installation. Most installations take up to 3 hours [or less] for a whole hose system and 1.5 hours [or less] for a drinking water system.
- Once the installation is completed, we will go over the equipment with you to provide background on it and to go over any service you will be involved with [which is basically just adding salt to the salt tank every 2 to 3 months].
- We will then email you all documentation for your records.
- Of course, we are always available for any follow-up questions or concerns after the installation is completed.
