Service Fees:
Aztec H2O Services will always stand behind our equipment and work performed in the past.
If the issue is a direct result of our doing, then we will not charge you for a service call.
If the issue is not a regular and recurring service requirement—such as filter changes, etc.—we typically will not charge for a service call as long as it is scheduled when we are in your area so that we do not incur time and travel expenses.
If the service call pertains to regular recurring service requirements, then a service fee will be incurred.
We can estimate the cost when we respond to your service contact form.
